Email & contact sign-up: the deal, plainly
- What you're signing up for: when you submit the Get Started form or email us, you're asking Thomas Roberts to contact you about your request: a free first-time buyer consultation, or your question.
- How we'll contact you: you choose. The forms let you pick phone call, text, email, or any combination, and we'll use the ways you selected. Follow-up is about your request and is not a mass mailing list.
- We don't sell your information. Not your email, not your phone number, not your address. We don't rent it or trade it either.
- No obligation: sharing your info doesn't commit you to hiring anyone or paying anything.
- Opt out anytime: reply "stop" or emailThomasRobertsRealty@gmail.comand we'll stop contacting you and delete your information on request.
Information you give us
Only what you choose to share through the Get Started form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the city or area of the property, whether you're buying or selling, the services you're interested in, and your timeline. If you email or call us directly, we also keep that correspondence.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule a consultation, provide quotes and the services you select, and follow up about them. We don't use it for anything unrelated.
Buyer accounts (My Plan)
If you create a free account on the My Plan page, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, your password (stored securely by our login provider, never in readable form), the numbers you save in the cost calculator, your checklist progress, and any questions you send.
Thomas Roberts can see this information, and may contact you with questions or to offer help. By creating an account you agree to that, and we record the date you agreed. Your information is not shared with other buyers. The calculator and checklist give estimates for planning only and are not a loan offer or approval. You can ask us to delete your account and everything saved in it at any time.
